well news one doesn't want to hear, but at least we now know, the reason i'd been feeling so winded and blah. well my left lung is totally collapsed so my right lung is trying its hardest to make up, and i find myself breathing with my stomache so hense the feeling of yuck, so zip, toatally zip is on the agenda until it is fixed.
I called this morn to check if my doc was in and yeppers, so took no chance, we went in, hubby explained situation to nurse and we were in, doc checked out my lungs, sent me for blood work then x-rays, and the girl doing the x-rays read it right away and gave Dr. Parker a call immediately, so we were schuffled off to emerg. where my doc made arrangement with doc on duty to do a more complete check, so anyway, ultra sound was the way, and there was no fluid left in my left lung so anyway, since i am off to wpg. tomorro for CT scan they pushed it onto wpg. docs so i gave my nurses in wpg. a heads up and we'll stop by and probably get to see my wpg. doc after the CT, hope they do something soon, as yipes, one needs to breath. Of course when i come home i find a message my June 2nd. apt was cancelled and June 9th. was put in place, so i called the nurse to say NO GO, i'm not waiting two more weeks to try and breath. so hopefully a verdict can be made tomorro.
Please continue to pray for us, one just doesn't realize how important two lungs really are until one is not working, i think i'll need my wheel chair back, will have to phone and see if its still avail. thanks, diane
p.s. sorry no pic today, i'm bushed and will have me a rest before little girl comes home from school
