Life

want to add a prayer request & update:
*My neice Jenn has been struggling for a while, in Aug. she was in a car accident, in which she had a concussion, then in Jan she had a tramatic experience and hit her head, now she's been having black outs and so they are waiting for an EEG to be done on her brain to see why she's having them, the last one lasted an hour and thankfully was rushed to hospital so they could check out her situation more thoroughly. Pray that she'll get an apointment soon, as the wait can be up to 6 or even 9 months to get an EEG done.
**Serena ate a lot better today! Still not good, but better. Also, her catheter came out, so that makes everything soooo much easier to do. She loves going for walks now, and gets pretty upset if we tell her no.
Rob is feeling much better, hopefully none of the rest of us get whatever he had.
Tomorrow (Friday)Serena will be getting an x-ray to try and figure out why they can't get blood out of her central line anymore. The doc who put it in thinks that maybe it is kinked up by her neck. Hopefully everything can get sorted out and fixed, they have had to take blood out of her arm again the last four days. Not fun. Other than that though things are good.
***I have been doing quite well, then last night i had a coughing spell, i hadn't had one in a long time, so not sure what that was all about, but it definately puts fear into a person, but thankfully verses of scripture and songs kept popping into my head so i could relax and get a good sleep.

as i read my devotions this morning, i am touched by: "Life is not about the length of time on this earth but where we are with our Creator."

well i better get some things done around here, my folks are comin' and mom says its window cleaning day, so better get started lol!!

p.s. pic i took in 2007 of a set of bambies relaxing in the shade in our back yard, although that year we were blessed with two moms both with a set of twins and they visited us regularly on the yard, amazingly with pretty much no damage to fruit trees or even my garden, guess our lawn is plush enough they were happy with that. hoping to see another set soon,
