Love

This morning i went for a much needed massage, now i'm bushed, but i'm sure my muscles will thank me soon, so much going on they just haven't had much time to relax lately, i really need to make myself rest, but its like how can i rest when there's so much to do, lawn needs mowing, and i can't even keep up to it, garden will need to go in soon, too tired to even think about how i'll manage that. And of course we decided to have garage sale at my folks this weekend so trying to look for things that we never use or just don't need, still bringing the man lunches and suppers on the field, although today i sent it with one of the trucks his lunch at least, that gives me a bit more time to acually accomplish a bit at home, so i baked and did a load of laundry after lunch.
I also managed to get an apt. with the lymph node drainage nurse so i'll head into the city mon. for that, she's booked me in all week if i need it, but we'll go one day at a time, if i only need one day that's great, if not i've got week booked off for more treatments.
yesterday when i went along with hubby i said we really need to downsize and move to a smaller place as i just can't keep up, well he wasn't too interested and well most places are bigger than ours around anyway, so its put more responsability on the kids at home, we don't charge rent so they can help out a bit more, i know they're tired when they come home from work too, but hopefully by next year i can be back on track, doing what i love, yep the thing is its really hard to give up mowing, give up doing things in the house and giving up on the garden end. I have decided to down size garden so a lot of the plants i started at going up for garage sale. I did have to chuckle at hubby as he was saying the kids will have to help out even more now over the summer, he then was telling me about an idea he had with setting the boy up on a date, with a girl who's he's Loved for many years, just not ready to ask her out, anyway i said wait, don't do anything drastic yet, remember we need him to do lots of things around home first before he runs off with a girl. I think he has way too much time thinkin' on that tractor, but it kinda reminded me of i think i was 12 or maybe 13 ish, when Will's sister who i had't met before but met at VBS came up to me on program evening and informed me her brother (pointed me out to him) and said "my brother's going to marry you" well, at that time its like you have got to be kidding, well, he did win my heart years later, and he is the Love of my life, so thankfull to have such a wonderful, loving, caring hubby. The unrau's do have a tendancy to pick someone and that's who they end of marrying, and yipes one of Will's cousins even asked the girl to marry him on the second date, she said yes, and not sure how many months later they were and still are married, so you can see why i wasn't quite too keen on helping the boy with a girl at this time, it could be a couple months and he'd be off married lol!! anyway...
There are so many people who need our prayers, i was over at my cousin Mari's last night and she'll be going to the US tomorro for a new treatment on her liver cancer, so pray for her, that they can find healing and a cure for her, for her family back home who will miss her once again for those weeks she'll be gone.
Pray for Blaine & Tamara, i talked to Tamera yesterday and Blaine didn't have his treatment as his pain was too intense and he couldn't lie still long enough to have the treatment (from what i understand for this new lazer radiation treatment laying perfectly still for up to half and hr. for the treatment, hard enough for someone without pain or discomfort, let alone someone with, she said the doc was sending Blaine now to the pain clinic so pray for the docs and for Blaine & Tamara that they can find something to help his cancer
i also talked to Darlene this morning her mom had half a treatment for her uterin cancer last week as she got an allergic reaction or reaction to the treatment, so doc's will have to figure out what the next step will be for her.
Pray for my cousin Murray & Paula & family as they are ready to go on their missions trip to PNG with NTM, but their visa's arent' ready yet. Pray for wisdom, patience.

continue to pray for those around you who need you
here's a really neat idea my neighbor shared many years ago which i will always remember, it just made me feel so good, and so loved to know that she cared enough to drive by and pray for me and my family. she said as she was driving by houses she would send up a prayer for them, even if she didn't know them, who knows what their needs are and we can help by praying for them.

pic i took up at the lake last summer, it was so neat with the lake and clouds, so look forward to a relaxing summer down at the lake once again at least when we can.
